Terms of Use:

1. Flower arrangements / Cake / Other Product designs shown here are indicative. We do our best to give similar / better products than shown. It may be possible that actual arrangement / design may vary due to availability of material, human involvement in making the product at different locations and other reasons beyond our control.
2. If ordered products are not available in the respective location or city or town, we shall deliver, available best quality products of equal or greater value according to our substitution policy.
3. In case of perishable items, if the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However, we always try to take an appointment over the phone before delivery.
4. Delivery of certain items may not be possible under certain uncontrollable circumstances. However, you always have a right to get a 100% refund of your money paid for such a transaction.
5. Fixed Time Frame deliveries (early morning / midnight / late night) are possible in certain parts of Pune & PCMC only. Even if a customer opts for such time related deliveries we will not guarantee the time of delivery. We shall try to deliver the order in the selected time frame but we do not guarantee due to unforeseen circumstances which may occur while delivering your gifts. If for any unforeseen reason, order is not delivered in the selected time frame, the buyer has the right to get 100% refund on the extra money paid towards time delivery charges only and no claims will be entertained towards the price of the product/s.
6. No claim of whatsoever nature under any circumstances will be tenable other than the claim for 100% refund of payment made. All such claims if any, are to be raised within 24 hours of delivery / non-delivery.
7. The owners of the site retain the right to refuse any order unconditionally.
8. All claims are subject to the jurisdiction of the local Court of Pune, in India.

Substitution Policy:

If any product you have ordered is not available for delivery on your requested delivery date and delivery address, it may be substituted with the next best available flavour, type, color, shape , size etc. without taking consent of any party/s involved in the transaction.
